Number Sixteen and Still Smiling
Happy March, everyone!
I’m going to rely largely on pictures for today’s post but I think it’ll be easy to see why…
This morning, on the way to my once-a-week Yoga class, I will be taking these 400 + postcards to the post office and dropping them in the mailbox. Dear Daughter # 2 was hired as my personal assistant this past week to label and stamp all of these.
The book has done pretty darn well for itself in review season with RT Magazine giving it 4-stars and Publisher’s Weekly saying, “well portrayed characters and authentic Amish lore make this a memorable read.”
As for what this book is to me? It’s a labor of love. I’m fascinated by the Amish and have loved integrating them and their beliefs/customs into a mystery novel.
